How to Prepare for a Cleaning

Thank you for choosing Portland Pristine Clean for your business or commercial cleaning needs! To help us deliver the best service, here are a few things to keep in mind before we arrive:

Clear Workspaces: Please ensure that desks, counters, and other surfaces are clear of clutter. If surfaces are more than 75% cluttered, they will not be cleaned. Clean and tidy areas allow us to be more efficient and thorough.

Floors: Please pick up any loose items from the floor (e.g., boxes, cords, or equipment) to allow us to clean all floor areas properly.

Dishes: If you need kitchen or breakroom cleaning, we’re happy to handle small amounts of dishes. However, if the sink is full, there will be an additional charge.

Pet-Friendly Offices: For pet-friendly businesses, please ensure that any pet messes are cleaned up prior to our arrival. If we encounter any pet messes, we will clean around them.

Special Requests

If you would like to add extra services (e.g., deep cleaning, additional areas, or specialized cleaning), please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning. This will allow us to prepare and ensure we have the necessary supplies and time.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

We understand that business schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • 24-Hour Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

  • Less Than 24-Hour Notice: If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours of your appointment, the full cleaning charge will apply.

  • Skipping a Clean: For reoccurring services, if you skip a scheduled cleaning but keep future appointments, a $10 skip charge will be added to your next cleaning.

Weather Policy

The safety of our team and clients is a top priority. In cases of severe weather that makes travel unsafe, we will reschedule services and notify you of the changes.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for completed services. If you are dissatisfied or experience any issues with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will return to address any concerns.
